For SCA (Service Contract Act) employees, Brillient will honor mandated SCA rates. All employees will receive individual offer letters.

September 7, 2022, with semi-monthly pay on the 7th & 22nd. During onboarding, you will be provided with the pay & holiday schedules.

For all SCA employees, tenure will be honored, based upon your continuous USCIS contract service date.
In accordance with SCA guidelines, all current NBC-SCA employees transitioning to Brillient, will earn 100% of their vacation accrual on their contract anniversary date.
Unless otherwise discussed prior to your transition, your current shift and work schedule will remain the same.
Yes, current incumbent staff will retain their same physical government-issued badge.
Unless otherwise discussed prior to your transition, your current work location will remain the same.
We are still assessing current reporting structures and while we anticipate most of the existing employee management will not change, there will be a small percentage that may change. Those individuals will be informed of those changes prior to August 14, 2022.
No one will be asked or be required to relocate.
Unless there are any changes made to existing teams prior to transitioning to Brillient in August, we expect current teams to remain the same.
Unless discussed and agreed upon with your current employer or Brillient leadership prior to your transition, we do not anticipate any changes.

While we hope all current NBC employees decide to transition to Brillient, you do have the option of resigning and/or seeking employment at another organization.
Brillient is new to NBC. We will listen and learn from all of you who have been successfully supporting the NBC mission. If/when we believe a change is necessary to enhance the mission, we will work together with the Government to make that happen.
Yes, Brillient will continue offering the 3.0% differential rate for 2nd shift. As a non-mandated SCA wage only benefit, Brillient reserves the right to modify or remove at any point, with or without notification.
