Reston, VA | March 15, 2022- Brillient Corporation is excited to welcome Tom Simanivanh to the Brillient Business Development (BD) team as Director, Business Development.
In this role, Tom will be supporting the full BD and Capture lifecycle for a portfolio of National Security opportunities currently in our pipeline. He will also be supporting our three-pronged growth strategy by identifying new short-term and long-term opportunities for us to pursue.
Tom brings 15 years of management consulting, account management and delivery, and both organic and new business development experience within the public and private sectors. He has an extensive aviation and homeland security background, spending the past six (6) years responsible for growing existing and strategic accounts within the Department of Homeland Security, including the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), where he was responsible for capturing and managing a $50M portfolio of business.
