Reston, VA | October 28, 2019- Brillient Corporation is excited to welcome Lauren Soper to the Brillient team as our Human Resources Generalist at our headquarters in Reston, VA. In this role, Lauren will serve as the point of contact for all human resource support on a portion of our offsite contract teams, providing a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services.
Lauren has over 4 years of experience providing multi-functional HR support. She is most passionate about employee engagement and enjoys developing new initiatives and programs to improve the overall employee experience.
