Reston, VA | July 7, 2023- Brillient announced today that Will Carter joined the team as a Senior Program Manager for our IRS portfolio. In this role, Will will be managing the IRS Compliance Data Warehouse (CDW) team and Large Business and International Image Net (LIN) project.
He brings over 18 years of progressive experience in IT project and program management, identity management, and business process re-engineering for both government and private sectors. Before joining Brillient, he served as Senior Program Director, supporting the Department of Treasury and Library of Congress, where he provided strategic planning, project execution, and business development.
Will is a certified scrum master with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Morgan State University Earl Graves School of Business, an MBA with a concentration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and a master’s certificate in project management from Virginia Polytechnic University.
