Leslie Siddeley, Vice President, Health Solutions
Leslie Siddeley is Brillient’s Vice President of Health Solutions and is responsible for driving innovation and growth in the health sector. Leslie has a very broad background in federal government processes, technology and mission support. She is proud to have worked in or consulted for all three branches of the federal government – executive, legislative and judicial.
Leslie is a veteran of two “big four” consulting firms, the Brookings Institution, the National Institutes of Health, the House Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, and the Government Accountability Office. She is proud to not only excel in delivery but also to bring innovation and novel ideas to solve large and complex problems. Her accomplishments include the rapid stand-up of a new federal health plan and the dramatic “worst to first” transformation of an agency’s financial management organization. Her projects have won numerous awards including the Hammer Award, the DHS CFO Partnership Award, and the AGA Best Practices Award.
Leslie holds an B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University. She earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project management Institute (PMI) and an Executive Data Science certificate from Johns Hopkins. In her spare time, Leslie writes and publishes in environmental and maritime history.
