Umme Hasnain, Vice President, Contract Operations
Umme Hasnain serves as Vice President, Contract Operations for Brillient Corporation. Her responsibilities include: negotiations, contract and subcontract management, procurement, and proposal support.
Prior to joining Brillient, Umme managed federal contracts and proposals supporting the Air Force, Army, Navy, NASA, DOE, DOI and DARPA within the Mission Solutions Services Group at ManTech and supported the EU Group at Vectrus as the Contracts Manager. She has experience managing a variety of different types of contracts such as CPFF/T&M/FFP/FFPLOE/CPIF. In addition to managing contracts, Umme has successfully helped create and implement policies and procedures for multiple departments and organizations.
Umme has a Master’s Certificate in government contracting from George Mason University and is an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
