Our people are organized into three workforce entry points depending on the type of work they perform. We pride ourselves on the ability to move from one entry point to another or to different roles, so that employees can find what they excel at, what provides them satisfaction, and the opportunity to deliver exceptional outcomes.
The Solutions workforce comprises employees who provide knowledge-based consulting services to clients. Solutions engineers work with clients throughout the lifecycle of a project from inception, business process design / reengineering, technology / systems implementation, Agile delivery, DevSecOps and operations.
Employees who provide outsourced business process services to clients. Our BPM employees help agency clients in the execution of mission operations with a focus on speed, quality, fluctuations in work volumes and efficient operations. Brillient applies numerous Total Quality Management (TQM) techniques to deliver better than world class quality.
Employees who support the general operations of the business. These roles include Finance, Human Resources, Contracts, Business Development, Marketing and Communications, Office Management, IT, and Administration. Biz Ops employees are the backbone of the company and are the foundation upon which Brillient is built and functions.
