Reston, VA | September 1, 2023- Brillient announced today that Amy Howard joined the team as Lead Contracts Administrator. In this role, Amy will be managing the contracts team and all contract administration, subcontract administration, and purchasing at Brillient. Amy spent 21 years at SAIC, performing in accounts receivable/billing, project administration, and contracts. She is knowledgeable in all facets of government/commercial contracting. Amy holds a diploma in Acquisitions and Contracts Management and obtained a Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certification through the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
