Reston, VA | November 21, 2023- Brillient announced today that their Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Richard Jacik, was named as the 2023 Pinnacle Award Artificial Intelligence Executive of the Year winner. The Pinnacle Awards “embody the WashingtonExec spirit of highlighting successful executives and businesses saving money and fostering innovation for federal clients across the region.”
Richard is a thought leader in the practical application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for our federal agency clients. He also leads our research and development (R&D) team that is building out capabilities including AI; advanced automation; and analog to-digital sensing, recognition, and enrichment.

Mr. Jacik leads our 20-person Brillient innovation lab research and development (R&D) team, who are building out capabilities including AI; advanced automation; and analog to digital sensing, recognition, and enrichment. Richard architected and defined Brillient’s ALICE® (ArtificiaL Intelligence Cognitive Ecosystem) framework of AI-enabled digital accelerators. He is the Principal Inventor on three submitted patents and is working on three additional three patents for AI-enabled technologies.
