Mary Green, Director of Talent Acquisition


Mary Green serves as Brillient’s Director of Talent Acquisition. Mary is responsible for leading a large technical, professional, and executive Talent Acquisition team that serves our clients in the federal government space. She directs talent operations, ensures contract deliverables, fosters partnerships with internal and external business partners, implements strategic initiatives and positions Brillient for long term growth.

Mary has over twenty years of corporate talent acquisition experience in domestic and international markets for technical government contracts. She has overseen large teams of professional and executive talent in the following government contract markets: Health & regulatory, federal, intelligence, defense (Army/Navy), SLED, and international development.

Mary has held previous leadership positions at Maximus/GDIT, Booz Allen Hamilton, and BearingPoint/KPMG, among others. She has a broad understanding of the Talent industry including operations, business development, large technical contracts, negotiation, transition teams, M&A’s, corporate systems, strategic processes, compensation analysis, employee relations, employment law, brand recognition, budgeting, and overall best practices. She is SHRM-SCP qualified and is a Member of APMP, SHRM, IMA, PMI, ISACA, NDIA, and The Army Navy Club.
