Vish Varma

Vish Varma’s 45 years of experience spans business, environment, renewable energy, technology, and urban planning. He was a trusted advisor to business owners and executives. With a record of creating shareholder value, he built and sold two companies to publicly traded firms. He had deep expertise in US government contracting sector with emphasis in management consulting, technology and systems integration. His boardroom experience spanned both public and private firms as well as non-profits, educational, arts, and economic upliftment organizations.

At CACI International he co-helmed its Enterprise Services and Technologies business group to a 35% growth as Senior Vice President, directing growth initiatives, including technology, processes, practices, policies, and training.  He vetted and integrated M&A targets there.  He joined CACI after it acquired AlphaInsight, a company Mr. Varma helped grow by 300% in just over 4 years. Earlier, he served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee while a senior Vice President at Roy F. Weston, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTNA) before it was taken private as an ESOP.  He joined WESTON when this publicly-held company acquired ATC, Inc. an environmental engineering firm founded and led by Mr. Varma. Before that Mr. Varma served as Executive Vice President and COO of Harmon Engineering and helped sell it to Engineering Science, which was subsequently acquired by Parsons.
