Reston, VA | December 9, 2021- Brillient announced today that their Vice President of Intelligent Solutions, Ed Burrows was named the winner of the 2021 Washington Exec Pinnacle award for Artificial Intelligence Executive of the Year in the Private Sector.

Ed has been a leader in implementing RPA and AI solutions as a government and business executive for the past five years. He leads Brillient’s RPA and intelligent automation practice and has been a thought leader in the federal community since becoming one of the first RPA program managers in the federal government while at GSA, and the first Chair of the Federal RPA Community of Practice. At GSA, he also served as the Government Chair of the ACT-IAC Intelligent Automation Working Group, leading publication of an IA Primer and RPA Playbook. He became the Industry Chair of this group after joining Brillient and led two more publications: RPA in Federal Agencies: How Agencies Achieve More through Robotic Process Automation; and a Process Automation Product Survey. Ed also served as the Industry Chair of the 2020 ACT-IAC Digital Transformation Summit and has spoken at several other industry-government events to promote automation in government.
