Dawn is a Certified Records Manager (CRM), a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, and a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA). She is a skillful operations leader with over 20 years of government contracting experience, including work with PAE, Serco, and FCi. Dawn will bring strengths that include both technical and strategic skills in program management and a proven record of successful team management in multiple industries and locations.
