As the Controller for Brillient Corporation, Carole Troia is responsible for the Finance and Accounting functions of the company. Carole has 20+ years of extensive government contracting experience supporting multiple federal agencies. Carole’s experience includes collaboration with all corporate functions to include Human Resources, Recruitment, Business Development, Contracts, and Information Technology.  

During Carole’s career, she developed and fostered banking, legal, audit, teaming, and consulting relationships. These relationships and experience were instrumental in Carole’s involvement with the creation of an ESOP and successful acquisitions by BTG, CACI, CSRA, and GDIT. As a government contractor, Carole has experience with DCAA provisional billing rate proposals, incurred cost submissions, and audits. In addition to government contracting experience, Carole was VP of Finance for a private software firm that provided web-based services software to clients. 

Carole is a graduate of Mary Washington College.
