Dawn Lewandowski, Director, Records Management

Ms. Dawn Lewandowski serves as Director, Records Management with Brillient and is responsible for the USDA FPAC Call 2 Program as Objective Lead 4. She has led DHS/USCIS and VA throughout her professional career working with Serco, SI International, FCI Federal and VETS. Inc. Dawn has supported technical proposal development for government activities and built dynamic teams to pursue organizational excellence. She has provided extensive onsite program management, quality assurance, and performance improvement activities across multiple contracts and recently serviced as an Enterprise Risk Manager with Nelnet in support of the Department of Education.

Dawn’s records management experience is extensive with DHS/USCIS establishing the first file centers in the Service Center environments, provided performance improvement support with the National Records Center and recently served two years as the Program Manager with the National Benefits Center. She is a Certified Records Manager, a member of ARMA, Federal Records Manager Certification from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Dawn holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and a Bachelors of Arts in Business Education.
