Melissa Longo

Melissa A. Longo “Missy” serves as Brillient’s Senior Director, Contracts Operations. In this role, apart from contracts operations functions, she is a key leader training/mentoring our contracts team, working closely with contracting officers to ensure exceptional contract delivery, and assisting in the growth of existing as well as new contracts. She oversees contracts, procurement, and compliance operations for the organization in relation to federal contracts and subcontracts. Missy also manages the GWACs, which include all GSA Schedules, IDIQs, MACs, BPAs contracts. In addition, she collaborates with business development leaders and management at all levels to drive Brillient’s delivery and growth across a diverse set of projects and agencies.

Missy has over three decades of experience with all types of contracts, from commercial to federal government. Missy has a proven track record of guiding and leading small to large teams with aggressive goals and expectations, including revenue and profit growth. During Missy’s tenure in contracting, she has built trusted client relationships and is highly skilled in all facets of contracting, subcontracting, pricing, and procurement. 

Prior to joining Brillient, Missy was a Director, Contracts & Pricing at Nationwide IT Services, Inc where she handled all the daily operations in the life of Contracts. 

Missy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Fairmont State University, West Virginia and is an active member of National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
