Reston, VA | October 26, 2021- Brillient Corporation announced today that two of their senior leaders, Nina Shtilkind and Ed Burrows, have been named as finalists for the Washington Executive Pinnacle Awards. “The Pinnacle Awards embody the WashingtonExec spirit of highlighting successful executives and businesses saving money and fostering innovation for federal clients across the region.”
Nina Shtilkind, Brillient’s Vice President of Health Delivery, was named as a Healthcare Executive of the Year finalist and has been instrumental to the success of Brillient’s FDA and NIH programs during 2020-2021. In response to the global Covid Pandemic in March 2020, Nina transitioned the FDA and NIH staff from a mostly onsite workforce to 99% remote staffing with no disruption to the quality of services provided. Nina and her stellar team ramped up support where needed to ensure FDA achieved its mission, which included Emergency Use Authorization for three vaccines that have helped the American people and the international community protect against COVID-19.

Ed Burrows, Brillient’s Vice President of Intelligent Solutions, was named as Artificial Intelligence Executive of the Year finalist and has been a leader in implementing RPA and AI solutions as a government and business executive for the past five years. Mr. Burrows’ has focused his efforts on two areas of AI with the potential for near-term and substantial return on investment for federal government operations: RPA and IDP. His approach going forward is to leverage these platforms toward more comprehensive digital transformation solutions such as electronic records management and AI-enabled improvements to customer experience. He is an exemplary leader in applying AI to the benefit of government agencies and citizens.
